Helm chart for XWiki

Create a helm Chart for XWiki to seamlessly deploy XWiki to Kubernetes. Official helm charts could be used for Database dependencies. 

• Support for both Ingress Ingress and Istio. 
• Option to choose between using an external database, a single node DB or a multi-cluster DB setup using other official helm charts as dependencies. 
• Should support popular hosted Kubernetes services like GKE and Amazon EKS and Minikube(for local development).
