- Create proposal about making writing a wiki macro easier again, by hiding advanced parameters that don't need to be set under an Advanced section. We recently added a lot of parameters in the UI, making it harder to use and understand. Action: Vincent
- Create a performance best practice page for devs on dev.xwiki.org. Action: Thomas?
- Propose and do a dev training on analyzing performance issues. Action: Michael?
- Create a XWiki dev instance preloaded with lots of documents, lots of users to help diagnose scalability issues and to avoid each dev to have to recreate such an instance. Idea: use myxwiki.org for this. Action: Thomas?
- About automatic DW upgrades: create a usability improvement jira to add a notification for the owner when a subwiki has been updated, with a link to a URL listing all upgrade conflicts that were resolved automatically so that they can be reviewed. Action: Vincent
- We confirmed that keeping the myxwiki.org service is useful and Thomas confirmed that the maintenance of it is low.
- Send a mail to all myxwiki owners to ask them if their wiki is used/active and if not, give a few months to remove it (ie archive it and if asked, we can restore it). Action: Simon?
- Eleni, Pauline and Vincent are working on making proposals to improve the xwiki.org documentation
- Update https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/AdminGuide/Configuration/#HPermanentDirectory after changes in job store logs locations. Action: Michael?
