XWiki Cloud9 IDE integration

The objective is to use the Cloud9 IDE to edit XWiki code. All pages should be saved in XWiki and have nice editors with syntax highlighting.
An interesting part of the project would be to support velocity and/or groovy debugging running the Cloud9 Editor's debugging APIs.
