Horizontal Menu Rules

Documentation pages are structured pages and they should not appear in the horizontal menu from xwiki.org. The horizontal menu is used for information that is shared across all projects. 

Documentation for several projects, including XS, Extensions, and others, is being organized following a structured approach.

Only links that work for every project should be added there. Project-specific pages must stay in their own documentation space.

Also, pages in the horizontal menu should not have left panels.
