Improve the messaging feature

A relatively new feature of XWiki is the ability to send messages to certain users, groups, or globally in a whole wiki. Although useful, messages can easily go unnoticed, since there are no notifications about received messages. Some improvements could be:

• a more inbox-like view of received messages
• keep track of read/unread messages
• a global notification of unread messages in the top menu bar
• UI for replying to a message
• improved message sender UI
